Returns and Refunds
If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help. If something isn’t quite right or your item doesn’t meet expectations, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
We strive to present artwork as accurately as possible, however colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen calibration across devices. If colour accuracy is a concern, we recommend viewing the artwork on multiple devices.
In line with consumer protection laws, return shipping costs are not covered by the studio for change-of-mind returns made in good faith. Return shipping will only be covered by Raminta Studio in cases of faulty items or where required under consumer guarantees.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to process all returns.
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be issued. This applies to items that are returned damaged, altered, or not in their original condition for reasons not caused by the studio.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm its arrival and advise whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please start by checking your bank account again.
If the refund isn’t showing, contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the transaction to be officially posted. You may also wish to check with your bank, as processing times can vary.

Instant download items
We don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for Instant download items/ digital items.
Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds are only available on full-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us at inforamintastudio@gmail.com and we’ll assist you further.
Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at inforamintastudio@gmail.com for further instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and, where applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. While we do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
