Intellectual Property Notice
All artwork remains the sole property of Raminta Velickaite, including after purchase. This applies to original artworks, commissions, prints, and any current or future reproductions.
The purchase of any artwork does not grant the buyer permission to reproduce, distribute, resell, mint as NFTs, or otherwise exploit the artwork for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent from the artist.
Collectors are welcome to share images of purchased artworks on social media. This does not constitute a breach of intellectual property rights.
Liability
Once artwork is in the possession of the customer, Raminta Studio is not liable for damage caused by mishandling, including but not limited to fingerprints, tearing, bending, or improper framing.
In accordance with UK consumer protection law, compensation or replacement will be offered if an item arrives damaged due to postal handling or if a faulty product has been supplied. All artworks and prints are carefully inspected prior to dispatch.
Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions thoroughly. Raminta Studio cannot offer compensation for misunderstandings where product details, including sizing and borders, are clearly stated.
Shipping Policy
Processing times are listed within individual product descriptions. Raminta Studio is a small, independent studio and aims to dispatch orders as promptly as possible. On occasion, delays may occur during periods of high demand.
Any address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be made.
Raminta Studio is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Duties and Taxes
Raminta Studio operates from the United Kingdom. Prices shown include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included at checkout.
If duties or taxes are refused and the item is returned, a refund will be issued for the item value only, excluding original shipping costs.
All items are declared at full purchase value. Documentation will not be altered under any circumstances.
